Thanks for your podcast guys, great to hear your views, mine are very similar, I thought they did a great job with Elias Pound, Albie Marber was wonderful, as was Claire, they had great chemistry.

Claire was great in this one, just lately, I haven’t even LIKED her (yet I love her in the book over this period, so no idea why they made her play it this way)

Pleased to see Jamie looking at Bree’s photos (finally).

Missed Lord John, I had been looking forward to the scene with him and Claire on deck since ep 4. Very disappointed that was cut. It was very important, I thought, for Claire and him to meet, get to like each other, then the shock when seeing him with Jamie at the ball, so I don’t know why they went with that cut.

It just seems an important part of the story to leave out, and if it was due to scheduling, they could have had Claire go to his room and tend him for some minor alement, then they could talk, there was no need to miss their connection altogether.
(filmed their scene in Scotland out of order)

I watch the Australian show David Berry is on (because he is in it) and he HASN’T been even in the first 6 episodes of the season, so I don’t know what else he may be working on, but nothing listed on IMDB.

Anyway, great podcast as always, thank you

Hopefully next week we should get Turtle Soup (but then they will probably cut that as well, so..)

As always, thank you for your insights Sandra! I’m wondering if they have something else planned for LJG. I could see how it might be *too* much of a coincidence that he would be on that ship. Harry Tompkins is already a coincidence. Hoping for some nutty island dwellers and a nice reunion next week!
